At Premier Customs, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and efficient shipping experience. We understand the importance of receiving your items in a timely manner, and we are committed to delivering your purchases to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping methods to accommodate your needs. Our standard shipping option ensures reliable delivery within 7-10 business days for uncustomised goods. Customised items will be shipping withing 10-14 business days from the time of order.
Shipping Rates
Our standard shipping rates apply for items/packages weighing up to 10kgs. We offer free shipping within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland on all orders over €75.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our dedicated team works diligently to process and prepare your items for shipment. Non branded items we hold instock will be shipped within 1-2 business days. If we dont hold the items in stock processing times may be 7-10 working days.
Personalised items will be processed within 10-14 business days. Should your order processing times fall outside your normal processing times we will contact you in this regard. Rest assured, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch email. The majority of shipped items are sent via An Post tracking. We do not provide real time tracking details. However should you not recieve your item within 2-3 business days of receiving a dispatch notification please contact us by email - info@premiercustoms.ie
International Shipping
We don't support shipping outside of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund for your order.
